As the volume and complexity of clinical study data increase, operational and technical teams at Regeneron collaborated to simplify and streamline the development and deployment of R Shiny applications used for data review and monitoring. This webinar will detail how Regeneron and Atorus partnered to enable an integrated multilingual environment, leveraging centralized storage and harmonized directory structures to reduce friction between systems.
We’ll also explore how an initial proof-of-concept was scaled into an efficient, YAML-based workflow allowing early-stage R users to generate custom and study specific Shiny apps in under 30 minutes. The shared responsibility model now in place empowers Regeneron’s internal teams to independently manage and extend study-specific applications from a core SDLC package, supported by Atorus. Use cases include data review, safety monitoring, and topline/efficacy review applications.
Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of both the technical underpinnings and the operational shifts required to scale R-based data review apps in a regulated environment.
