OpenVal, a repository of validated packages curated by Atorus’ expert engineers, continues to evolve alongside the pharmaverse. With this latest release, OpenVal now includes 500+ validated R packages and support for R 4.5.0.
We keep OpenVal aligned with the pharmaverse on a twice-yearly cadence: more than half of the pharmaverse packages are updated multiple times each year, and we incorporate those updates into OpenVal at least every six months. When pharmaverse packages are updated, we re-validate and release the new versions. If pharmaverse packages aren’t yet stable, we hold them back. The result is current, intentional coverage that ensures your team has reliable access to what they need for open-source clinical programming.
