Terek Peterson brings nearly three decades of unmatched depth in clinical data science, standards, and strategy. His expertise in implementing scalable, standards-based data strategies ensures that sponsor and CRO clinical data and biometrics programs run efficiently, compliantly, and with full transparency across teams, while integrating data management, analytics, and operations to streamline delivery, enhance quality, and accelerate insights.
He has played a key role in advancing industry standards across study design, data collection, analysis, and regulatory submissions, serving on advisory boards and collaborating with the FDA, PMDA, CDISC, and PHUSE. He has authored and presented extensively on topics spanning clinical data standards, statistical programming, data management, and analysis in regulated environments.

Aga Rasińska combines strategic leadership with technical expertise, bridging executive duties with day-to-day delivery. With extensive experience in bioinformatics, multi-omics analytics, clinical data integration, and large-scale program management, she helps sponsors and CROs translate complex scientific needs into scalable, high-quality solutions. Aga has led cross-functional teams across software engineering, data science, and bioinformatics, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
An active PHUSE US Connect Stream Chair and Member, she is recognized for advancing best practices in clinical and omics data analytics. Aga strengthens collaboration between scientific, business and technical stakeholders, and proactively guides strategy, risk management, and road map planning across the drug development life cycle.
